Nach dem 10. Noten sind das was jeder kennt und worum es in der Schule der Vergangenheit haupts\u00e4chlich ging. Noten \u00fcben jedoch oft Druck aus und sind h\u00e4ufig nicht so aussagekr\u00e4ftig wie man sich das w\u00fcnschen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Der Lernentwicklungsbericht gibt den Lehrern die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Leistungen des Sch\u00fclers in einer Verbalbeurteilung darzustellen. Diese kann ein differenzierteres Bild eines Sch\u00fclers ergeben als dies mit klassischen Noten der Fall w\u00e4re. Durch diese ver\u00e4nderte Grundhaltung ist es sinnvoll, den Sch\u00fcler st\u00e4rker in die Verantwortung f\u00fcr seine Lernprozesse zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist selbstgesteuertes Lernen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selbstgesteuertes Lernen ist ein Prozess bei dem der Lerner<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>wesentliche Entscheidungen, ob, was, wann und wie er lernt beeinflussen kann<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>selbst initiativ wird und seine Lernziele selber formuliert<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>angemessene Lernstrategien selbst w\u00e4hlt, entwickelt und anwendet<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wie sieht selbstgesteuertes Lernen an der Steinbeis GMS aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Stundenplan unserer GMS-Klassen beinhaltet die sogenannten Segel-Stunden. In diesen Stunden schaffen die Lehrkr\u00e4fte Situationen, die selbstgesteuertes Lernen erfordern. Den Sch\u00fclern wird in diesen Stunden ein gewisser Freiheitsgrad f\u00fcr eigene Entscheidungen einger\u00e4umt. Das Schaffen von Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten wirkt sich zumeist motivierend auf das Lernverhalten der Sch\u00fcler aus.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Hilfe von Wochenpl\u00e4nen und Lernwegelisten dokumentiertieren die Sch\u00fcler ihre Lernprozesse. Es ist m\u00f6glich, das f\u00fcr sich passende Niveau zu w\u00e4hlen. Auch dies wird dokumentiert. SegeLn bedeutet also nicht, der Sch\u00fcler kann tun was er will. In den Coachinggespr\u00e4chen wird der Lernprozess reflektiert.<\/p>\n<p>Damit selbstgesteuertes Lernen Erfolg hat, m\u00fcssen zun\u00e4chst Lernstrategien vermittelt und immer wieder wiederholt und vertieft werden.<\/p>\n<p>Selbstgesteuertes Lernen kommt dem Bed\u00fcrfnis nach Autonomie (Selbstbestimmung) ebenso entgegen wie dem nach sozialer Eingebundenheit. Die Sch\u00fcler w\u00e4hlen ihre Arbeitsform selbst und erleben dabei, wann es sinnvoll ist alleine und wann in Teams zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die F\u00e4higkeit zu selbstgesteuertem Lernen f\u00e4llt nicht vom Himmel und muss trainiert werden. Wir begreifen Schule als Lebensraum der uns die Chance gibt unsere Sch\u00fcler \u00fcber den Unterricht hinaus kennenzulernen. Wir erleben die Sch\u00fcler auch im Freizeitbereich und entwickeln dadurch neben einem guten Zusammengeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl auch ein gutes Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr die Kinder. Dies hilft uns dabei ihr Kind gut kennenzulernen und genau im Blick zu haben \u2013 weit \u00fcber das allt\u00e4gliche Unterrichtsgeschehen hinaus. Durch unser p\u00e4dagogisches Gesamtkonzept gelingt es uns gut, Kinder darin zu unterst\u00fctzen ihr Potential zu entfalten und \u00fcber sich hinaus zu wachsen.
